Shipping

Every website order includes standard delivery to an Australian address via Australia Post or Team Global Express. The carrier is selected according to the item, supplier, parcel type, and destination. We do not currently ship internationally.

Handling time

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days after cleared PayPal payment. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.

Tracking

Tracking is supplied where it is available for the selected service. Some supplier or carrier services may not provide customer-facing tracking. Delivery scans and timing are controlled by Australia Post or Team Global Express after dispatch. Buyers can check order status with the order number and email address used at checkout.

Delivery estimates

Allow approximately 2–12 business days for delivery after dispatch. Together with handling, the expected total timeframe is approximately 3–15 business days after cleared payment. Remote destinations, public holidays and carrier delays can extend this timeframe.

If an order has not arrived within 15 business days after cleared payment, contact orders@toolsandpartswarehouse.com with the order number and checkout email so we can investigate the delivery.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free and included in the displayed AUD product price. There is no additional postage charge added during checkout. The buyer reviews the final AUD total before approving payment in PayPal.

Australia-only availability

Tools & Parts Warehouse ships to Australian delivery addresses only. We do not currently ship internationally.
