We do not offer change-of-mind returns. Please choose carefully and review the item title, photos, condition, description, compatibility, and item ID before purchase.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or not-as-described items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact us at orders@toolsandpartswarehouse.com with the item ID, PayPal order ID, a description of the problem, and photos where helpful.

Where Australian Consumer Law provides a remedy, we will offer the applicable repair, replacement or refund. We will also cover reasonable return postage when the item is confirmed to have a covered problem.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Many products are preloved, surplus, or clearance items. Always review the title, condition, photos, description, and listing details before purchase.
