Orders are posted using Australia Post Standard postage with tracking unless a product or order message states otherwise.

Handling time

Most items are prepared for dispatch the same business day after cleared PayPal payment, where payment is received before the daily postage cutoff. Orders paid after cutoff, on weekends, or on public holidays may be handled the next business day.

Tracking

Tracking is provided where Australia Post tracking is available for the parcel. Delivery scans and timing are controlled by Australia Post after dispatch.

Delivery estimates depend on the destination, Australia Post processing, public holidays, and any delivery delays outside our control.
